This Privacy Policy of Personal Data (hereinafter - Privacy Policy) applies to all information that aelinkov.pro, (hereinafter - Web Developer Site) located at https://aelinkov.pro (and its subdomains), can receive about the User during the use of the site aelinkov.pro (and its subdomains), its programs and its products.

1. Definition of terms

1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1. "Site Administration" (hereinafter - the Administration) - authorized employees to manage the aelinkov.pro site, which organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purpose of processing of personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

1.1.5. "Web Developer's Website" means the aggregate of interconnected web pages located on the Internet at the unique address (URL): https://aelinkov.pro, as well as its sub-domains.

1.1.6. "Subdomains" are pages or groups of pages located at third-level domains, belonging to the site aelinkov.pro, as well as other temporary pages, at the bottom of which the contact information of the Administration is indicated

1.1.5. "aelinkov.pro Site User" (hereinafter "User") - a person with access to the Site aelinkov.pro via the Internet and using the information, materials and products of the Site aelinkov.pro.

1.1.7. "Cookies" - is a small piece of data sent by the Web server and stored on the user's computer, which the Web client or Web browser each time sends a Web server in HTTP-request when trying to open a page of the corresponding site.

1.1.8. "IP-address" is the unique network address of the node in a computer network, through which the User accesses the Web Developer's Site.

2. General Provisions

2.1 The use of the website aelinkov.pro by User means consent to this Privacy Policy and terms of processing of personal data of the User.

2.2 In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy User must stop using the site aelinkov.pro .

2.3. This Privacy Policy applies to the website aelinkov.pro. Web developer site does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites to which the User may go through the links available on aelinkov.pro.

2.4 The Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User.

4. Purposes of collection of user's personal information

5. Methods and terms of processing personal information

5.5 The Administration together with the User shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal information.

6. Rights and liabilities of the parties

6.1 The User has the right:

6.1.1. Make a free decision to provide their personal data necessary to use the site aelinkov.pro, and give consent to its processing.

6.1.2 Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.

6.1.3. The User has the right to receive information from the Administration regarding the processing of their personal data, if such right is not limited by federal laws. The User shall be entitled to demand from the Administration to clarify its personal data, block or destroy them if personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as to take statutory measures to protect its rights. For this purpose, it is sufficient to notify the Administration at the specified E-mail address.

6.2 The Administration shall be obliged to:

6.2.1 Use the received information solely for the purposes specified in Clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2 Keep confidential information secret, refrain from disclosure without prior written permission of the User, and not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose in any other ways the personal data of the User, except for items 5.2 of this Privacy Policy. 5.2. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3 Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of personal data of the User, according to the procedure generally used for the protection of such information in the existing business turnover.

6.2.4 To perform blocking of personal data, related to the relevant User, from the moment of application or request of the User, or its legal representative, or authorized body on protection of rights of subjects of personal data for the period of control in case of detection of unreliable personal data or unlawful acts.

7. Responsibility of the parties

7.1. the Administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unauthorized use of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except as provided in paragraphs. 5.2. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

7.2 In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration shall not be liable if this confidential information:

7.2.1. Was in the public domain prior to its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. has been received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Website Administration.

7.2.3. has been disclosed with the User's consent.

7.3 The User is fully responsible for complying with Russian laws, including, but not limited to, the laws regarding advertising, copyright and neighboring rights, and trademark and service mark protection, including full responsibility for the content and form of the Materials.

7.4 The user acknowledges that any information (including but not limited to: data files, texts, etc.) which the user may have access to as part of the aelinkov.pro website is the responsibility of the person who has provided such information.

7.5 The user agrees that the information made available to him as part of the site aelinkov.pro may be an object of intellectual property, the rights to which are protected and belong to other users, partners or advertisers who place such information on the site aelinkov.pro. 7.7. Administration is not responsible to the User for any loss or damage suffered by the User as a result of the removal, failure or inability to maintain any Content and other communication data contained in the site aelinkov.pro or transmitted through it.

7.8. Administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses occurred due to: the use or inability to use the site, or certain services; unauthorized access to communications of User; statements or behavior of any third party on the site.

7.9. Administration is not responsible for any information posted by User on the Site aelinkov.pro, including, but not limited to: information protected by copyright, without the express consent of the copyright owner.

8. Settlement of disputes

8.1 Prior to recourse to court for disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration, it is obligatory to submit a claim (written offer or proposal in electronic form on voluntary settlement of a dispute).

8.2 The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant of the results of consideration of the claim in writing or electronically within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim.

8.3 If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be transferred to the Arbitration Court of the Ulyanovsk region.

8.4 The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration.

9. Additional Terms

9.1. The Administration reserves the right to make changes in the present Privacy Policy without the User's consent.

9.2. New Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment of its publication on the site aelinkov.pro, unless otherwise provided by the new Privacy Policy version.
